NHSA Grand Street Interceptor and Pump Station Feasibility Work Planned For 9/19 - 9/22/23

Find below the traffic plan for the soil boring work planned for 9/19 - 9/22/23

Tuesday, 9/19/2023

·         Craig Testing will be on-site with a drilling rig to take a soil boring (B-29) at the southwest end of Grand Street where it meets 15th Street.

·         Grand Street between 15th street and 16thstreet will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

·         One lane on Grand Street will be maintained open for local traffic only.  

·         A uniformed police officer will be present to direct local traffic around the construction work.

·         Several parking spots at the southwest end of Grand Street where it meets 15th Street will be closed by the Parking Authority for the day, to allow the construction work to be performed.

Wednesday, 9/20/2023

·         Grand Street between 14th street and 15thstreet will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

·         One lane on Grand Street will be maintained open for local traffic only.  

·         A uniformed police officer will be present to direct local traffic around the construction work.
