Open Public Records Act (OPRA) Requests

To request access to public records under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), please download and complete all required sections of the OPRA Request Form, sign, and date it. Once completed, you may submit it electronically to the records custodian via email at: opra@nhudsonsa.com.

Please be aware that your request will only be considered officially filed once the appropriate custodian receives the completed form. If the form is submitted to any other officer or employee, they may not be authorized to process it, and your request will be forwarded to the correct division. The seven-business-day response period will begin only after the appropriate custodian has reviewed and confirmed your request for completeness.
