NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2: Construction and Traffic Management Activities from March 18, 2024, through March 22, 2024

Anticipated Construction Activities and Traffic Management for the NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2 project for the period 03/18/2024 through 03/22/2024 is as follows:

Construction Activities

• Gas main relocation on Adams Street between 14th Street and 15th Street.

• Watermain relocation on Adams and 14th Street and Adams and 13th Street.

• Electric and Telecommunication relocation on Adams and 14th Street.

Traffic Management

• Adams Street between 13th Street and 15th Street will be closed to thru traffic during the day from 3/18 thru 3/20.

• 2 HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic redirection. One will be located at 13th, and one will be located at 15th. 

• No parking signs will be placed on both sides of Adams Street between 14th Street and 15th Street from 3/18 thru 3/20.

• There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks on 13th and Adams, 14th and Adams, and 15th and Adams in the Work area, however, safe passage for pedestrian traffic will be provided at all times.

• Grand Street and 13th Street will be closed to thru traffic during the day on 3/21.

• Adams Street and 12th Street will be closed to thru traffic during the day on 3/21.

• Adams Street and 13th Street will be closed to thru traffic during the day on 3/21.

• This is to prevent traffic from entering the 13th and Adams intersection. A detour will be implemented to route traffic around the work area.

• 3 HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic redirection. One will be located at 13th and Adams, one located at 12th and Adams, and one will be located at 13th and Grand Street.

• No parking signs will be placed on both sides of Adams Street between 13th Street and 14th Street on 3/21.

• There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks on 13th and Adams in the Work area, however, safe passage for pedestrian traffic will be provided at all times.

• Adams Street between 13th Street and 15th Street will be closed to thru traffic during the day on 3/22.
