NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2 - Construction and Traffic

Anticipated Construction Activities and Traffic Management for the NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2 project for the period 02/12/2024 through 02/16/2024 is as follows:

Construction Activities

• Watermain relocation on Adams Street between 13th Street and 14th Street. 

Traffic Management

• 13th Street between Grand and Adams will be closed to thru traffic during the day on 2/12 and 2/13. 

• 2 HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic redirection. One will be located at 13th and Grand and one will be located at 13th and Adams. 

• No parking signs will be placed on both sides of 13th Street between Willow Street and Clinton Street on 2/12 and 2/13.

• Adams Street between 13th and 14th Street will be closed 2/12 thru 2/16. 

• 1 HPD Officer will be present at 13th and Adams Street to assist in traffic redirection.

• No parking signs will be placed on Adams from 13th Street to 14th Street on 2/12 thru 2/16.

• There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks on 13th and Adams in the Work area, however, safe passage for pedestrian traffic will be provided at all times.
