Here are the anticipated Construction Activities and Traffic Management details for the NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2 project for the period 6/3/2024 through 6/7/2024:
Construction Activities
Test Pits
15th & Grand Street
15th & Clinton Street
Installing Helical Anchors
15th Street between Adams Street and Grand Street
Note: Contractor will be using an excavator to install the anchors. Contractor will be performing noise monitoring throughout the work.
15th Street between Grand Street and Clinton Street
Note: Contractor will be using an excavator to install the anchors. Contractor will be performing noise monitoring throughout the work.
Traffic Management
15th Street between Adams Street and Grand Street
Two-lane traffic from 6/3. Traffic will be shifted to the North Side of 15th Street.
No parking signs will be placed on both sides from 6/3 through 6/4.
2 HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic redirection:
One located at Adams and 15th Streets
One located at Grand and 15th Streets
Grand Street between 15th Street and 14th Street will be closed to traffic on 6/3.
There may be periods of alternating traffic, which officers will assist with.
There may be partial impacts to sidewalks; however, safe passage for pedestrian traffic will be provided at all times.
15th Street between Grand Street and Clinton Street
Two-lane traffic from 6/3 through 6/7. Traffic will be shifted to the North Side of 15th Street.
