NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2 project's construction activities and traffic management in Hoboken from June 10th to June 14th, 2024

Anticipated Construction Activities and Traffic Management for the NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2 project for the period 06/10/2024 through 06/14/2024 is as follows:

Construction Activities 

·        Test Pits Adams Street between 13th and 15th 

·        Installing Helical Anchors on Adams Street between 13th Street and 15th Street. 

o   Note: Contractor will be using an excavator to install the anchors. Contractor will be performing noise monitoring throughout the Work.

·        Installing Helical Anchors on 15th Street between Adams Street and Willow Street. 

o   Note: Contractor will be using an excavator to install the anchors. Contractor will be performing noise monitoring throughout the Work. 

Traffic Management 

·        15th Street between Clinton Street and Willow Avenue will be closed to thru traffic on 6/10. 

·        Clinton Street between 15th Street and 14thStreet will be closed to traffic on 6/10.     

·        2 HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic. One will be located at Willow and 15th Street, and one will be located at Clinton and 15th Street.  

·        No parking signs will be placed on both sides of 15th Street between Adams Street and Willow Street from 6/10 thru 6/11. 

·        There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks on 15th Street between Adams and the south side of Willow Ave in the Work area, however, safe passage for pedestrian traffic will be provided at all times.

·        15th Street between Adams Street and Willow Avenue closed to thru traffic from 6/11. 

·        Clinton Street between 15th Street and 14thStreet will be closed to traffic on 6/11.

·        Grand Street between 15th Street and 14thStreet will be closed to traffic on 6/11. 

·        There may be periods of time for alternating traffic, which the Officers will assist with.   

·        2 HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic. One will be located at Willow Ave and 15th Street, and one will be located at Adams Street and 15th Street.  

·        No parking signs will be placed on both sides of 15th Street between Grand Street and Clinton Street from 6/10 thru 6/11.

·        There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks on 15th Street between Adams and Willow Ave in the Work area, however, safe passage for pedestrian traffic will be provided at all times.

·        Adams Street between 13th Street and 15thStreet will be closed to thru traffic from 6/12 to 6/14.

·        2 HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic. One will be located at 13th and Adams, and one will be located at Adams Street and 15th Street.  

·        No parking signs will be placed on both sides of Adams Street between 13th Street and 15th from 6/12 thru 6/14. 

·        There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks on Adams Street between 13th and 15th in the Work area, however, safe passage for pedestrian traffic will be provided at all times.
