NHSA Blvd East Weekly Look Ahead 10.16.2023

Two Week look ahead for 10/16- 10/27/2023.

There will be one crew working on Blvd East. The map indicates the work areas, parking limitations, and traffic pattern.

Week 1: 10/16-10/20/2023

Blvd East Work – Blvd East between Bonn Pl and King Ave

The traffic pattern will flow in a single lane to the south of the work zone. There will be no parking on Blvd East between King Ave and Hamilton Ave. As construction progresses, the work zone will move down towards the intersection of Blvd East and Hamilton Ave, the no parking limits may shift with the work zone.

House Keeping

·       No vehicles, equipment, or materials will be stored on the sidewalk.

·       Variable messages boards set up on Blvd East approaching the work zone.

·       Detour signs to be posted when necessary.

Week 2: 10/23-10/27/2023

Week two will be dependent on the progress in week 1, this plan will be updated after week 1.

Blvd East - continuing work on Blvd East moving towards the intersection of Hamilton Ave. Traffic will flow to the south of the work zone. No parking in the proximity of the work zone between King Ave and Hamilton Ave. Traffic entering King Ave will take the detour on Hamilton Ave.

Upcoming schedule:

The remainder of the work on Blvd East is expected to take 2 weeks, finishing up approximately October 27th. Upon completion of the Blvd East work, the crew will move to Hamilton Ave and continue the installation of pipes and stormwater infrastructure.
