NHSA H6/H7 Hoboken Phase 2: Construction and Traffic Management Activities 02/17/2025 through 02/21/2025

Anticipated Construction Activities and Traffic Management for the NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2 Project for the period of 02/17/2025 through 02/21/2025 is as follows:

Holiday

• 02/17/2025 – Presidents Day – No Street Work for Contractor

Construction Activities

• Working on Stairs, Grating and Prepping for Louvers at the NWRP Pump Station on 13th Street between Adams and Jefferson Streets

• Installation of Catch Basins on Adams Street between 14th and 15th Streets

• Installation of Concrete Piers and Pile Caps on 15th between Grand Street and Clinton Street

Traffic Management

• Grand Street is now opened as work at the intersection is completed and paved.

• 15th Street between Grand and Clinton Streets will have one-way westbound traffic, eastbound traffic will be detoured on 16thStreet

• 15th and Clinton Street intersection will be closed, and traffic will be detoured south on Grand Street and east on 14th Street.

• HPD officers will be present at the intersections of 15th and Grand Streets and 15th and Clinton Streets to allow local traffic to access to both streets.

• HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic redirection at all construction locations.

• 14th Street between Clinton and Grand Streets will be open to westbound thru traffic.

• Adams Street between 14th and 15th Streets will be open to thru traffic at night

• 15th Street will have one-way westbound traffic for all vehicles.

• 24/7 no parking signs will be in place on both sides of Adams Street between 14th and 15th Streets.

• There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks at 13th Street between Adams and Jefferson within the pump station work area.
