NHSA H6/H7 Hoboken Phase 2 Construction and Traffic Management Activities: March 17 – March 21, 2025
Project Overview
We’re continuing Phase 2 of the H6/H7 Project to enhance infrastructure reliability and improve stormwater management in Hoboken. This work will support long-term system efficiency and reduce maintenance needs.
Key Phases & Timeline
Week of March 17 – March 21, 2025
Work Locations:
13th Street between Adams and Jefferson Streets
Adams Street between 13th and 15th Streets
Construction Activities
Working on louvers and pipe rails for the pumps at the NWRP Pump Station on 13th Street between Adams and Jefferson Streets
Installation of bollards, concrete curb and sidewalk work under viaduct at the intersection of 14th and Adams Street
Finalizing wet tap and tie-in at the intersection of 15th and Clinton Streets
Installation of final connection to wet tap on 15th Street between Willow and Clinton Streets
Traffic Management
Clinton Street will be one-way thru traffic due to Wet Tap Connection within the intersection.
Adams Street between 13th and 15th Streets will be closed to thru traffic for Curb and Sidewalk, but open to thru traffic at night.
15th Street will have one-way traffic going westbound to Clinton Street.
HPD officers will be present at all intersections.
24/7 no parking signs will be in place on both sides of Adams Street between 13th and 15thStreets.
There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks at 13th Street between Adams and Jefferson Streets within the pump station work area.
