NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2: Construction and Traffic Management Activities 11/18/2024 through 11/22/2024

Anticipated Construction Activities and Traffic Management for the NHSA H6/H7 Phase 2 project for the period 11/18/2024 through 11/22/2024 is as follows:

Construction Activities

• National Watermain Investigation of Trunk Sewer on 15th Street from Adams to Grand Street suspended by contractor until further notice – Police Cancelled 

• Concrete and Internal Piping Work at the NWRP Pump Station on 13th Street between Adams and Jefferson Street. Ongoing no changes.

• Installation of Force-main and Gravity Sewer on Adams Street between 13th and 14th Street. Ongoing no changes. 

• Installation of Concrete Piers and Pile caps on Adams Street between 13th and 14th Street. Ongoing no changes.

• Test Pitting on 15th Street and Clinton Ave Contractor to Determine Spacing at Tapping Location

Traffic Management

• HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic redirection at all construction locations. Ongoing no changes. 

• No parking signs will be placed on both sides of 15th Street between Clinton and Willow.  

• No parking signs will be placed on both sides of Adams Street Between 13th and 14th Street. Ongoing No Changes. 

• There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks on 13th Street between Adams and Jefferson Streets within the pump station work area. Be mindful of Impacts. Ongoing no Changes.

• Adams Street between 13th Street and 14th Street will be closed to thru traffic during the day. Ongoing No Changes.
