North Hudson Sewerage Authority Weehawken Infrastructure Project One Week look ahead for 1/6 - 1/10/2025
There will be no work at the beginning of the week. One crew will be working on Highwood Ave and Hudson Pl.
Hamilton Ave Pump Station Crew
Wednesday 1/8/25 and Thursday 1/9/25
Work on sidewalk curbs on the northeast and southeast corner of Hudson Place and Highwood Ave.
House Keeping
No vehicles, equipment, or materials will be stored on the sidewalk or in front of driveways.
Weehawken PD will be onsite to provide traffic control as necessary
Traffic signs to be posted as necessary.
Completed work:
Work has been completed on Blvd East from 700 Blvd East to Hamilton Ave. A new 48” PVC combined sewer was installed along with manholes and new laterals and cleanouts. Highwood Ave is complete, with new stormwater piping separating sewer and stormwater from Blvd East to Hudson Place. A stormwater force main was installed on Highwood Ave and connected to the pump station. Hudson Place also had new stormwater and sewer piping along with new catch basins and manholes. The pump station structure has been installed at the pump station location and the force main connection has been made. Pump station testing will be concluded in January 2025
