Construction Activities

• Working on Stairs, Grating and Prepping for Louvers at the NWRP Pump Station on 13th Street between Adams and Jefferson Streets

• Installation of Branch Connection on Adams Street between 14th and 15thStreets

• Installation of Concrete Piers and Pile Caps on 15th between Grand Street and Clinton Street

Traffic Management

• Grand Street will be closed during the day for installation of the Force Main at the intersection of 15th and Grand Streets.

• Grand Street will be closed between 14th and 15th Streets.

• HPD officer will be present at 14th and Grand Street intersection to allow local traffic access to Grand Street between 14th and 15th Streets.

• 14th Street between Clinton and Grand Streets will be open to westbound thru traffic.

• Adams Street between 14th Street and 15th Street will be open to thru traffic.

• 15th Street will have one-way westbound traffic for all vehicles.

• HPD Officers will be present on site to assist in traffic redirection at all construction locations.

• 24/7 no parking signs will be placed on both sides of Adams Street between 14th and 15th Street.

• There may be partial impacts to the sidewalks at 13th Street between Adams and Jefferson Street within the pump station work area.
